Comfort Inn Whitehall Near Michigan'S Adventure

Friendly and helpful staff.just right

Booked.net emailed me that my checkout extension to 3 pm was ok but when I got there they had no record of that and were going to charge me $10 per hour we went over...until a helpful manager found out we were members and allowed it.

Room was nice, located right near the exit for my husband and breakfast was great

Woke up Christmas morning after a good night sleep to a cold shower.

Very comfortable bed and very clean

Need to have a seperate time in pool and whirlpool from children to adults. We stayed two nights to celebrate anniversary and when chosing place to stay I looked for hot tub. I was very disappointed we only had 10 min and that was asking permission at 1130pm our second night.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! I used to have my own rental business, so customer service expectations are very high on my list. And the team surpassed them :) Kathy in housekeeping was awesome and left us a very nice note....really above and beyond. Kudos to all of you!

The room I had was really clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety with tasty options like waffles and eggs. Super friendly staff made check-in easy. Pool area was well-maintained, but it did get a bit crowded in the evening. The only downside was the coffee. It could've been hotter and needed quicker refills. Still, had a relaxing time overall.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. The hot tub should be off limits to children or have times of day for adult use only.

Really enjoyed having hot soup and cookies out each night, I have never seen that before. Staff was extremley polite and very helpful.Room smelt fresh and even though there was someone staying above me the noise in the morning was very minimal. I would reccomend staying at this hotel to anyone.

The snow that fell, but you had no control of that :)

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was particularly helpful, assisting with my business-related queries efficiently. Having a business center on-site made it convenient for me to prepare for meetings, and the proximity to local attractions was an added benefit, with Walmart just a stone's throw away.

This time at the comfort inn exceeded my previous visits to whitehall. The staff were kind and helpful, especially during our wedding ceremony preparations.

The staff was so helpful and nice. Everything is clean and actually looks new and the beds are so comfortable! Great breakfast too. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay close to Michigans adventure .. Fun. For kids in pool great breakfast and loved the pillows :) definitely will be back :)
